Effective February 15, 2021, the CodeGuard support center will be merging with the Sectigo support center. This means that support emails will come from support@codeguard.com, and the knowledge base will be hosted on sectigo.com. There will be no interruption of our services, and you will continue to receive top of the line support during and after this transition.

How do I know if my hosting provider will work with CodeGuard?

There are no known issues with any hosting provider that would prevent CodeGuard from accessing a user's site - meaning that you should be able to backup your site regardless of who your hosting provider is.  Below is a list of a few hosting providers with whom our users have had success backing up sites.  If your hosting provider isn't on this list - don't worry!  It's not comprehensive of all the hosting providers - just a sample of the most popular ones.
