Effective February 15, 2021, the CodeGuard support center will be merging with the Sectigo support center. This means that support emails will come from support@codeguard.com, and the knowledge base will be hosted on sectigo.com. There will be no interruption of our services, and you will continue to receive top of the line support during and after this transition.

Where do I find my account token?

When dealing with our support agents, they often ask for what is called an 'Account Token'. This is a unique identifier that allows us to confirm that you are the account owner. To find it, you will go to the top right side of your dashboard, under "Settings" and select "Account".

Just under your plan information, you should see the section labeled "Support". Please note the information provided in this section. The support token is found below this information as seen in the following screenshot.



This is the token you would copy and send to the support representative so they can further assist you.
