Effective February 15, 2021, the CodeGuard support center will be merging with the Sectigo support center. This means that support emails will come from support@codeguard.com, and the knowledge base will be hosted on sectigo.com. There will be no interruption of our services, and you will continue to receive top of the line support during and after this transition.

Website URL Update Required for CloudFlare Customers

If you are a customer who has recently started using CloudFlare, in order for CodeGuard to continue working, you will need to update your website's hostname to follow one of the following formats: ftp.mydomain.com or direct.mydomain.com.

Please follow these simple steps to update:

1. From your dashboard, click on the website URL that you wish to edit.

2. Click on the settings tab as pictured below:


3. Adjust the hostname to the new format as mentioned above. In this case, the new hostname should be changed from codeguardtestsite.com to ftp.codeguardtestsite.com or direct.codeguardtestsite.com.
