In some cases, customers may have databases that are on a different internal server that can be accessed from their web server or SSH host. Fortunately, this is a configuration that we now support.
To enter that Internal Database Hostname or IP, click 'Databases hosted on an internal server?'.
When connecting to a private server such as a 10.0.0.1, you will have to enter in the public facing IP address(External Database Hostname or IP), as well as the internal IP, to allow us to connect to the private server. This only applies to hosts that configure their database connections this way. If you are not sure if your host does this, contact them to find out.
